Race across the historic pathways of the old Newfoundland railbed as you travel through the nine beautiful coastal communities that amalgamated decades ago to form the Town of Conception Bay South.

Course and Race Information
The T’Railway Trek Half Marathon starts at the College of the North Atlantic Campus in Conception Bay South and travels along Route 60. Here’s a detailed overview of the route:
Start Point: College of the North Atlantic Campus
Route: Follow Route 60 to Doyles Road
T’Railway Access: Enter the T’Railway at Doyles Road and head east
Shoreline Segment: Travel along the shoreline, crossing Route 60 at Greeleytown Road
Continue on T’Railway: Pass through Kitty Ades Turn (Route 60 intersection) and proceed eastbound
Farthest Point: Reach the intersection with Millers Road and Ortega Drive
Frog Pond Road: Proceed north on Frog Pond Road and turn left onto Topsail Road
Final Stretch: Continue down Topsail Road, turning off at Topsail Beach Road
Finish Line: Cross the finish line at Topsail Beach

Road Closures & Safety Information
Motorists can expect road closures and traffic delays along the race course on the day of the race, between the hours of 7:45 a.m. and 12:00 P.M.. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible to avoid delays. Road closures and traffic delays can be expected:
7:45 a.m. – 8:15 a.m. – Conception Bay Highway (Route 60) at College of the North Atlantic to Peacekeepers Way Intersection (both directions) and all traffic entering Route 60 from Garden Road.
7:50 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. – Conception Bay Highway (Route 60) at Peacekeepers Way Intersection to Doyles Road (both directions), and all traffic entering Route 60 including Valley Brook Place, Seal Cove Road and Doyles Road.
8:20 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Miller Road / Ortega Drive to Frog Pond Road (both directions), Frog Pond Road, and Treetops Lane
8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Topsail Road to Topsail Beach Road (both directions) and all traffic entering Route 60 from Geehan Drive
8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Topsail Beach Road and Murphys Lane
From 8:20 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., traffic delays can be expected at various locations:
Conception Bay Highway (Route 60) at Greeleytown Road
Conception Bay Highway (Route 60) at Minerals Road
T’Railway Intersection – Dunns Hill Road
T’Railway Intersection – Braeside Place
T’Railway Intersection – Country Path Road
T’Railway Intersection – Dicks Place

T’Railway Intersection – Tobins Road
T’Railway Intersection – Dawsons Run
T’Railway Intersection – Easons Road

Please note that the T’Railway users can expect an increase of traffic along the T’Railway from the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Please be respectful to all race participants.
For participant safety, the use of headphones and strollers are not permitted during the race.
The race course will official close at 12:00 p.m. At this time, any remaining participants will be required to move to the side of the roadway, as regular traffic will resume.
