Are you interested in volunteering with the Town of Conception Bay South? Sign up to have your contact information added to our Volunteer Registry. We will update you when opportunities become available, like with special events, town programs, and other community initiatives. 

Signing up is easy! 

1. Complete the Volunteer Application Form below
2. Apply for a Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC).
   • The $20 fee for this check can be waived by submitting the Letter to Waive Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check. Simply fill in your name and date of birth, and include with your RNC Record Check application. 

Once all forms have been received by the Town, staff will review the application and successful applicants will be added to the Volunteer Registry.

Applicants will be removed from the Volunteer Registry after one year of inactivity (no volunteer time).  After this, applicants will have to re-apply to stay informed of opportunities.
